When I was a kid and lived in Oscoda, Michigan I remember there being a restaurant that had a buffet and on it they would have frog legs. As a kid I loved them.

I love frog legs as it was a staple down in South Florida we would go frog gigging..To me they taste more delicate than chicken by a long shot...I normally just batter fry and add lemon juice to them.

Taste like chicken screwed a shrimp.

Frog legs are delicious. Squirrel is as well. Squirrel is awesome in Brunswick stew.

I'd recommend that the finicky among you never travel through Cajun country and eat the dirty rice or any of the stews. If you do I'd recommend not asking,"What's in it?".
Just enjoy the delicious food.
