Pull the round ans dump the load in a paper towel. Clean the bullet and find a way to remove the primer. Reload the round.
Its berdan primed so this isn't the best option...just do what everyone else keeps saying. Shoot it.

Yeah I missed the 400 rd part. If it's light rust I'd sand it. I'd hate to have a case blow out if the integrity of the case is weakened by rust.

Its steel cased.......for combloc rifles, that if they cant handle it should be thrown into the gulag.
Seriously man, chuck one up in a drill(bullet end) and spin it on a scotchbrite pad and check case integrity. If all is good, and it will be, shoot them bad boys. Ive been doing this to lots of corroded no one wants and surprise surprise nothings wrong with it other than not winning a beauty contest (until i get done with it).........done gone an told my secret now.
