As one of our S&W gurus "Leatherhead" pointed out above, they only came in blue and nickel. I would think blue to be statistically more likely, but there's no telling. A peek at the inside might reveal something, depending on how thorough the refin job was.

But, I'm wondering if it's possible that this is nickel that's been treated or abraded somehow to give it the matte grey finish seen here?
