It might be unfired since purchased new, but it's "pre-owned", like it or not.

Oh NO !!!, my brand new truck was USED because the factory started it up and drove it onto the shipping container.. AND my dealer drove it around in his parking lot.. OH NO !!! They LIED to me.. Where's my LAWYER ???? I have proof, my bill of sale says NEW ??!!??

There actually have been lawsuits filed over this.
