Looking at your components, it would seem around $2500 would built that rifle (guessing on the barrel and BCG too...).
$2000 seems in the ballpark for used value with the optic. Really though, try to find more about what you have and just price it out.
OP's deal does seem a bit shady....lol Then again, many have had those buy now and ask later from a buddy deals I bet.
My old 12-2 was that way ($150) and Sig P250 with box and docs for $250.

Start at $500 for basic rifle, look at all the upgraded parts, price them at 75% of retail and you will have close range.
