Here was a typical S&W Police trade in M-4043 .40cal. It is my first handgun I got when I turned 21, My Dad gave it to me 10 yrs ago when I got my Gwl as a You get your permit i'll give you this. Really this is a great gun and shoots Awesome, I don't think I've ever had any problem with it. I took it to Nate at Ft Daniel to have it cerokoted and I polished the barrel and internals, so here it is. I'm super impressed and can't wait to show my Dad, although it does need new grips. So here it is.
