Yea me either. I thought I'd try it out. I'm probably gonna rough it up a little and get some color back on it maybe go back matte black or really dark gray

It won't rust, I had a polished glock once also.. But mine was a smooth finish without the grain.
I would use it as a mirror sometimes.
