Looking for the Gerber experts out there. I have MkII knife, was given to me by a veteran friend right after I graduated OSUT at Benning. Was wondering if anyone out there could give an idea of date and value. Thanks!

Had one just like it at Ft Bragg. Also had the Mk 1 dagger. Someone stole them. Would love to replace them one day. May be able to look up serial #. Mine was early 80’s. I see them listed for $300-$500. Not sure if they sell though. Thanks for posting.
After a bit of looking, it seems this one was made in 1980. Also has the canted blade.

Edit from earlier...mine does not have the 'cant'. I thought it had a bit of one, but when I saw pics on the site of knives that actually had it, it's no comparison. Those really have a helluva cant.
