I bought an lower receiver for my girlfriend's dad to show some appreciation. He and I are the type to have documentations for the more important things. Could someone guide me to the proper document I can fill out to give him this receiver as a gift?

I went HERE(Bill of sale Trade Document), but the documents are for trade and sale. I want to label the receiver as a Lower Receiver. I am skeptical trading/gifting it as a firearm(Second Post) might represent something other than a Lower Receiver. I think I should put down "Lower Receiver" under Model and Cal. Can someone confirm? Thanks!

there is no need for a bill of sale or paperwork. In GA there is no firearms registration and nothing to document.

As the other two have said, if you are both GA residents, no Bill of Sale is needed. However, if you insist on using one, a lower receiver is indeed a firearm as it is the serialized part of the rifle.
