Good luck brother ! I have had 2 fusions and half a dozen “procedures“ over the years. When I was younger I fell 2 stories cleaning gutters and fractured 3 vertebrae in my lower lumbar region. It has haunted me ever since.
I can sympathize with you and really hope things go really good for you.
