My Father N Law gave me a Glock 42 and it would jam every shot. I took it down to Glock they didn’t ask me anything, they just fixed it and shot 90 rounds through it without a jam and gave it back to me. I have an Sig P365 and they wanted $150.00 dollars to go through it. I’m a Glock fan now.
They can even put on night sights if you want, and will swap out 10 round mags for standard capacity ones. They also update parts for newer designs if required. Great setup, no questions, just solid service.

Good to hear all the good experiences. I do have one I need to take in. Mainly to replace the old night sights. It wouldn't be bad to have it accurized as well. I mean it does shoot as well as any other run of the mill auto. But if I can improve it without sacrificing reliability, why not
I went yesterday and had the same experience as the OP except I brought only two Glocks.
I took a G19 I got off Gunbroker and a police surplus G23 I got from my FFL.
I asked what the cost would be to get an extended mag release and an extended slide release and the armorer said no cost!!!!
I swapped 6 magazines as well.
The armorer said they plan 45 minutes per pistol but both took just 1 hour.
They replaced every spring and even gave me a new case since I brought both Glocks in 1 case!
I asked if they had any swag and he said they don't have much but came out with a Gen5 MOS patch, a Glock pen and key chain.

I always wanted to work there, I even applied and know a few folks there. Sadly the drive from Between to Smyrna would get old really fast. Then I realize it would just be a J O B.
I did the trip about 8 years ago, took 2 of my Glocks for service, add new nightsites to one and took a buddy's gun that was not running well for him......it was a Gen 1 or 2, still had the copper grease in it. Experience as described, I went about 11 am, then up to Chik-Fil-A on the corner for lunch and back to pick up refreshed pistols. Easy Peasy.
If you are local to ATL, buy any old clapped out Glock you run across and you can get it factory serviced for FREE.
Truly a no brainer.
My friend's gun they ended up replacing everything except the frame, slide and barrel. All new internals , new magazines, for FREE. How do you know?? They give you a listing of all the new parts you got.
