glock gen 5 19 or czp10c?

P10 is nice, and I like the tactical version a lot. I guess it depends what you are doing with it. For carry and flexibility it's hard to beat the G5 Glocks, but the P10 is a much nicer pistol out of the box IMHO.

Did CZ ever fix the rear firing pin cover thingie? Where it was loose and wobbled all over and could slip down enough under recoil to catch on the back of the frame and jam and not go into battery?

I had to remove mine and grind it down on a belt sander at an angle, so when that edge hit the frame it would act as a ramp to push it up, rather than catch and stop.

So, yeah how is it? Worth switching from glock? Now that it’s been out a while, what saith glock guys on odt?

Whichever one feels better in your hand. That's the one you will invariably shoot better.

They are nearly the same gun. They both work in the same holsters... Same overall size and weight...

Just go handle both, try the triggers, and whichever one just "feels right" in your hand when you close your eyes, get that... Either gun will do everything you will ever need it to in a carry/defense pistol.

Oddly enough i recently watched areview and the guy said the p10c felt so much better in his hands than the glock but he shot tighter groups with the glock.

I wonder how he would shoot each gun under duress? It's one thing when you can breath properly, control your stance, take your time on the trigger, etc... It's another to have to draw your gun with adrenaline and fear pumping and have to hit your target, possibly while moving or struggling with an attacker, right?

To me the one that just fits my hand better, points naturally, doesn't require me to adjust my grip or have the optimal placement of my hand, etc... is the one I would rather have in a fight, but maybe I am the weird one.

I know that whatever limited training I have, will likely go right out the window if I ever had to actually us the damned thing, so the one that just feels and points naturally and instinctively for me, is what I would want...
