Glock Owners... Heed my warning... don't buy a Sig..

No danger of that happening in my case.

While Sigs (especially the older versions) can be fine guns I switched from them to Glocks back in 1991 & have never looked back.
I don't know of one professional shooter or Instructor that I've met or trained with that runs one as their primary.
I was at Glocks Instructor workshop class when some of the top BATFE (formerly ATF) officers were transitioning from the Sig.
They were one the last of the Fed. agencies to switch from that platform.

That does not make it a bad weapon at all.
Just one that is not as preferred.

If you like it, can shoot it well, & will carry it... that's up to you.
It's perfectly capable of doing the job for which it is intended.

I've owned several Glocks, Sigs, HKs, Kimbers and even a Shield. The 226 is hands down the best shooting pistol I've ever shot. I carried it alternately with a G19, but as Backwoods said, at 35 oz unloaded, it's a damn heavy carry piece! I'll own another one day and would like an M11-A1 as well.

it might be the weight, the sig will weigh more partially due to the material of the frame. the more weight absorbed more recoil thus giving you more accurate shots. i tried a glock 22 but had to go back to sig no one can beat sig so far for me

+1 on the weight. Try a CZ75 and see what you think....

Yeah Im with yall on the weight issue. But it could make a good bludgeoning object if need be. :) How many OZs does the M11 weigh? Ounces=Pounds Pounds=Pain

I used to Bum Sig's when I was a smoker.....

You have to shoot what works for you though! Thank god we have all the choices we do, I would focus more on the freedom of choice and maintaining that, than brands right now.

They cannot own standard Sig or Glock in Connecticut right now and maybe never again! That is only 900 miles away from us, right here in the good ole' USofA!
