ya i like 1911s but you see this all the often

i have a few 1911s. i fought rust, worn or weak springs, replacing parts all the time. finding magazines that actually work (i could only use $40/ea wilsons)
for carry, i would rather have a glock. mostly because of capacity and money. if i have to give up my $500 glock 19, no problem. Ill pack another one tomorrow, that will be 100% the exact same with no issues.

I can pick one up, run it forever, and IF a problem ever arises, glock is in town. its perfect.

besides the part of being in town...i disagree with ya, never with my 45's, but last week I "attempted" at least 50 -100 rds thru my G31 will sighting the CT...and EVERY SINGLE one FTF!!! Hate to say it, but I'm not convinced on the GA Arms bulk that I got...anybody else have this?
