i have three Glocks that I have recently bought used. I wanted to get them looked at and made sure all the parts were functional. I have read on here that I can take them to Smyrna to get them serviced. How do I do this? Do I have to call ahead and make an appointment or can I simply walk in? Also is there any service charge for having them look at the guns?

Please help
Thanks guys

Walk on in. Unless the previous owner jacked up the internal parts, the will probably replace any worn parts for free. If parts are replaced, I would hit the range and make sure all of them are functioning A-OK before assuming they're A-OK.

And as others have mentioned, take your mags and they might get replaced for free.

Pull up to the gate and the guards will guide you from there.

I took a 25 year old pistol in; when I got it back the only original parts were barrel, slide, and frame. They literally replaced everything else, and only charged me for the new tritium sights. Also replaced several magazines just because they were old.

Probably the best service in the industry. Certainly the best I've experienced.

Took a police trade in model 22 there, they replaced every internal part, and got a brand new mag, gun only came with one, added nite sights, $60..00 guaranteed for 15 years.

The techs are pretty friendly, and are fast at what they do. I took 2 pistols and 10 mags with me the last time I went. They went through my 23 and replaced everything other than the barrel, slide and frame. Did a couple updates to my 27. Replaced 7 mag springs and followers, and replaced 3 mags. All free, and painless. This was on a friday afternoon and they were busy. Can't complain at all.
