Greece is not Cyprus. It does not have nearly as strong a banking system (relative to population). No European (Russian) rich and powerful hid their fortunes in Greek banks the way they did in the "Southern Switzerland". Much of the real money has fled, either the rich in big blocks, or in aggrigate as the average Greek has gotten poorer and pulled their money out and into the underground economy.

Truly a desperate act and all they are going to do is grind their economy further into the ground.
