Not sure about the woman, earlier in the day Joe Carn was there, the buyback was his baby, along with the Mayor. A lot of State reps, congressman and the Fulton sheriff were invited and none showed.

The best part of the whole thing, almost every person bringing a gun to trade in didn't even live in College Park! I got the JC 22 rifle from a guy that lived in Carrolton.

I noticed a few "out of place folks" dumping their junk, that wouldn't sell for $100 even on Craigslist
