The change in vernacular is interesting. The have gone from "gun control" to "gun safety". It's all the same thing. Universal Background Checks that will only work with a national gun registry. Incremental steps. Ask for something they know will never fly with the American People, then hope to get the small steps passed to keep chipping away.
