The guys at Bartow knife and gun and Fort Daniel are the best around. Both of them do amazing work, and I can say this from personal experience. I pick up botched jobs from time to time and fix them properly myself to keep or sell. I had one about 2 months ago that was way over my level of expertise and I didn't feel like driving down to Fort Daniel, so I PM'd Shrek926 (works at bartow knife and gun) and after some exchanges, I went by the shop to check it out and let the have at it. The rifle came out gorgeous!!!!

He may be a clown but after the butchering job a 'gunsmith' in Lawrenceville did to two of my rifles I took it to AO and he did what I would qualify as more than acceptable work.
I'll forever be PO'd at the Lawrenceville butcher. I guess any jackleg with a work bench can call themselves a 'gunsmith'.
