No doubt a hero (i watched a documentary on him) that saved many men in battle. Just a gunless hero so he does not look the part of the "action hero"... Movie looks good. I dont share the same convictions as him but he held strongly to his and was more brave than many gun toting soldiers.
If it's someone's personal/religious/etc reasons to not own or use guns I have not a single problem with it. However, don't force those views on me. I respect your views, so respect mine.
Hero. A man has to stand up for what he believes, even if and maybe especially if it's not what the majority thinks is right. I would want a rifle as would all of us here, but he didn't and I can accept that.
