I believe i have seen some around the Franklin area while fishing there.Many years ago, I think mid to late 80's, we had about 12-15 that roosted in the oaks at the end of our dirt road. They were juveniles and hadn't turned white headed yet, but were still an impressive site. At the time, I believe daddy said they had released some in our area or somewhere close enough that they close our area to settle down for a few months?
