Is it legal for a nineteen year old guy to own a handgun?
I know it is not legal to purchase one, but you can private transfer one.

Where can I shot? Most ranges say you have to be accompanied by a 21 year old to shoot handguns in their ranges.

Can I buy handgun ammo?

Is it illegal to have a handgun in the center console in my car, or the back seat? Can I have a mag in my glove box if my handgun is in the console?

Can I do three gun competitions and ISPC and USPSA if I am under 21?

You're correct.
I've never been asked for an ID at a public/DNR range, but I'm 25 and look 35.
I've rarely been carded for ammo. YMMV. Gander Mountain is strict on checking ID's if you look underage. Academy doesn't care. Wal-Mart; depends on who you get.
Not going to give you a definite answer, but I'm pretty sure you can. But get a better answer than me telling you that.
Not sure about ISPC and USPSA.

This is interesting because I'm about to move frommPeach Co down to around Darien GA and my 20 year old daughter is staying here. This is an old Forestry office in a rural area. So she's asking me what gun I'm gonna leave for her. I would really prefer her to go and buy her own 20 gauge pump. She wants me to leave one of my cheap RG snubs. But I would really rather her have something of her own with her own name on the paperwork.

naw you should leave her one that can't be traced ...there is gonna be boyfriends ya know, and a letter on how to get rid of a gun and a body ..
