Hanging out in the ER this evening...

I hope everything is ok.

My 3yr old little man took a dive off the couch a couple of months ago causing him to pass out. His mother called 911 and while she was on the phone she said hospital- he immediately sat straight up yelling," No Mama, No! I don't wanna go to the hospital again."
I am not Stateside right now and as she was recounting the situation, She got pissed at me because I started laughing at that- it was scary while it was going on but at the same time funny to me that he responded that way.

Kids are tuff and at the same time fragile

Glad everything is going okay for your son. My wife and I spent many sleepless nights with our son when he had to go to the ER for something serious.

We just got home, the doc said he took to the second treatment well, now it's a wait and we have a inhaler in case he has a tough time... Thanks for all the thoughts and well wishes.

Yeah, it's a pretty crazy sound they make. Febrile seizures are even crazier! My son had close to a dozen up to three years of age. Glad he's ok.

Been there, done that with my son. He's 16 now but I can remember having to take him to the ER a few times in the middle of the night because he got worse after seeing his doctor. It can be scary. I'm glad to hear all is OK.
