No, I never owned that '72 SS but I did help my buddy Liam buy it from a guy I knew in Mississippi.
Liam's friend Alan bought the '65 Shelby clone in the picture.
Both cars rode in the same shipping container from the US to Ireland. The trip took 6 weeks.

I drove that Chevelle in the St Paddy's parade in Dublin several times.
Sadly, Liam passed away about 18 months ago and the car was sold...still remains in Ireland.
