My father in law passed. Have a 2003 HD anniversary edition sportster 1200. 230 miles. Like new possibly looking to sell.

Is it a 1200cc? also what color? The silver and black Anniversary brings the highest resale.

Book value Is about $4200, but with the low miles and that color combo I would say trckdrvr's estimate of 6k should be about right. With only 230 miles that could make a difference, you might take it by an HD dealer and ask them.

4750 to 5750 range. This was the last year without engine vibration dampening so that hurts a bit, but still a sweet look for 100 year anniversary.

6-8K if you don't mind waiting and filtering the low balling idiots.. CL is the best way but be warned of scammers. The only way to list and sell it there is to make sure and only respond to people who email a name and number, if they don't include it don't respond, under no circumstances!

With the low mileage i would say a little over $5k. I just bought the same exact model a few months back for $3200, but mine has 10k miles.

Its not worth much. Only about $1000. I can go ahead and take it off your hands so you dont have to deal with it.
