Heck I thought it was pretty easy. Easier then buying a firearm less paperwork actually. Definity less then getting a carrying permit.
Its the waiting period that sucks.
Then researching all the websites you want to send it out too ive got a big list somewhere with the emails you need to send it too.
And setup a different email just for the c&r stuff. Its easier that way
C&R's are not for the flippers though, just for personal collections...
