I don't think so, I actually found mine on outdoor trader. It was in a sporter stock but I got lucky, it had most of the hard to find parts still.

I picked up a 1903A3 (and another Garand) a couple of months ago at the CMP store in Anniston. They located some surplus Lake City 30.06 and are selling it by the can; limit one can per member per year. Think it was around $385. Convinced the wife to join so we could get two cans.

I bought mine last month at the Talledega store. They had a rack and a half of them

Definitely some nice 03-A3s. The A4s are a bit more scarce though. There still marked as A3s but it is offset so that the scope mount doesn't cover it.
