First off let me say that I love this site and it's by far my favorite place to "zone out" and relax. I will never buy another new gun again. I bought my first Gun off here earlier this week and it's also my first AR-15. Was a great experience and I think I got a great deal. Now that that is out of the way.......would anyone know a public place in north west Georgia to shoot? TIA

Not sure your location, but Right above Calhoun Ga, on Hwy 136 Northwest of Resaca, Johns Mtn shooting range. Its covered and there is a small fee. Joe's Place @ Creekside is also a good pick.

Are you close to Cisco, Ga? There is jacks River WMA range there.
