I have zero experience with CZ's and must admit I hadn't even considered them. I will see what I can put my hands on in the AM and try to give one a shot.

CZ Custom Shop Accu-shadow starts at 1665.

Configured like mine is north of 2.2k.

3.1 pound short reset single action trigger pull. 8.1 pound double action. Front/rear trits, VZ tac diamond g10 grips, full ambi controls, CZ85 combat trigger, 4.925 inch barrel, Accu-bushing tested at 2 3/8 inch groups at 50 yards.

If you like a 1911 style pistol with rock solid dependability and accuracy then you have to look at CZ. I have a 75 Compact, but recently got a Rami (metal) and couldn't be happier for a good step under $1000.
