Here's the information on the Colt Python .357 Magnum.

Python was offered in barrel lengths of 2.5", 3" (very rare), 4", 6" and 8". Features included a ventilated rib, full lug barrel and adjustable rear sight. Finish choices were Royal Blue, nickel plated, matte stainless and high polished "Ultimate" stainless.

ok well if this is true then I will buy anyone fair condition for 500!! shoot i'll even be generous and give you 600!

You honestly have a very rare piece here. Depending on better pictures to properly assess the condition would greatly help me.

The gun could be worth between $3,000 and $4,000

I would be willing to make a cash offer close to that as well, depending on pictures, hard to see how the finish is
