Help with Winchester Wildcat 22LR

On a whim I bought a Winchester Wildcat 22LR rifle from Dahlonega Armory. Came with a Reflex Red dot mounted on it. I know absolutely nothing about Red Dots, and of course there is no information included with the rifle about this Red Dot. There is no model number or even name on it other than the "W" for Winchester Does anyone know any place I could go to get some info about how to set up and use it?

It is just an el cheapo red dot. (Think <$20) Obviously, you twist the large dial on top to control on/off and brightness. The lever on the back bottom right will let you change reticle type. The "UP" and the "R" will control zeroing the red dot. I believe there was a hex wrench in the rifle box that you use to twist the dials.
