SRBs can sometimes be at the discretion of o100s.

I have completion certificates that are not in my sub...I have an entry that says I passed the snco non res, and an entry that says I was passed over for not taking it...wow...just did my 20 yr 1 month and 7 days...retired just as proud as a new recruit, people are still people...we are Marines. I’ve got quite a few schools that aren’t in my SRB. Security Forces and MCIWS to just name two.
