How you feeling? Went this morning and they drained 8 oz.....gotta wait a month on next cortisone. Heard mixed stories from people who have had it in the past.
Staying on track, I prepared best as I could since last Nov. That's when I hyper extended the knee, downhill from there. The steroid shots didn't do anything nor did the gel shots. When an OWG hobbles in, it's arthritis, and it was. Bone on bone is a killer. Only solution is replacement. Good luck in your journey, stay positive.
Yep. Im there now. Bone on Bone is most excruciating pain ive experienced and I shattered my patella. Keep us posted. Best wishes.
Alright, six days out and I'm moving without the walker. The wife is more cautious than me but the PT guy says go for it. The dogs are excited too, missed a lot of fun in the yard..lol.
