Hike, hunt, and camp

I would imagine you would be able to do this on certain WMA's. I've camped a couple nights in several WMA's without issue and on a couple of those trips i've ran into folks coming in to hunt on the property.

Thanks I know people car camp and hunt in places like Dawson. You're just limited by the days as was posted above. Ideally I'd like to hike out to some remote areas and spend a few days hunting as long as the weather is cold enough to keep any meat from spoiling, but car camping is definitely an option.

This reminds me...I have a friend who used to camp and hunt black bear at Pine Log WMA. He did good too. I'm pretty sure this option is still open to anyone with a WMA card.
