Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Learn the basic functions of our company’s cloud-based software program so you can walk users through steps to achieve specific goals
- Perform compelling online demos to prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Be the first point of contact with incoming users and maintaining the relationship throughout their journey.
- Research accounts using our CRM (Hubspot) to identify key players and generate interest
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken using our CRM.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Aid the software development team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades that will enhance users’ experience
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Experience and/or interest in developing new sales opportunities through calls and other means of contact to potential new customers.
- Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Self-Starter who can hit the ground running in an early stage startup environment.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and web presentation tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Be reliable, safe and a team player.
