I have this. Love it. You will be pleased. I do recommend getting a larger IR illuminator, you will want it for anything more than 80 yds.

I apologize as well and look foward to more positive and constructive discussions in the future.
Pulsar is also coming out with new digital night vision that will compete directly with the X-Sight. Between this, the new Pulsar thermals, and the new FLIR thermals, there are going to be some outstanding deals to be had in NV this year.
Unfortunately cheap and NV/Thermal don't go together. If you're going to buy this stuff, you're going to have to spend the money. Look through a $400 NV then look through a quality PVS-14......no comparison.
Check out the Luna elir-3 bad boy ir laser that can be set to your rifles zero so you can just point and shoot.. I run one on my helmet it's awesome!!
