Holosun 407K replacement

What other optic with the RMSc footprint would be equal or better quality than the 407k? Let’s say $300 ball park

It will be on a P322, the 407k is great but only one complaint. The 6moa dot seems huge to me. This is my first red dot of this type, should I give it more time to get used to it?

6moa dot is the perfect size IMHO. If it seems to big, you are focused on the dot and not target focused.

What he said has been my experience. Have the 3.5 and 6 MOA RMRs. The 3.5 seems extremely small even on a full size pistol.

The 6moa dot is made for close up fast work but covers up to much target farther out in my opinion . The holosun 507 c or k has multiple reticles to chose from.

Yeah I was gonna say go 507k.under $300 and smaller dot in addition to two other reticle options

I prefer the 6MOA dot on my 407k. For my eyes the 6MOA dot is a perfect round circle I can easy hit steel targets out to 40yds. ( I use reading glasses for close up objects)
My work gun has a 509T with the 2MOA dot. I cannot get a perfect
Dot. It looks like a mini starburst
Even turned down low. I have no issues hitting at longer distances but prefer my 6MOA dot.
Look and compare the two side by side to truly see what works for you.

How about the 507k with ACSS reticle?

This is on my hi power, just ordered another for my 43x mos.

The super large outer circle draws you back to the center if you lose track of it.
