Need help finding a holster for my CZ75 SPO1 TACTICAL 9MM. Just need something like a Blackhawk for IDPA and Tactical matches, doesn't have to be complicated, Thanks.

I just ordered a holster from Red Hill Tactical. I was going to order from Blade-Tech but they show "out of stock" on that model (and have for months.) Comp-Tac is probably a good option for what you're looking for. Hyperlinks go to the specific models.
