I used to work with a guy who knew ALL of the homeless people downtown by name and knew their story. He never judged or mistreated them. He gained their trust and he was the only one they would ever talk to. His relationship with that community was invaluable on a couple of cases.

That officer looks like he could stand to miss a few donut breaks and needs to unass his car a little more often.
