Homemade butter the cheaper easy way

Super quick process and makes the best butter with nothing added . Start with organic heavy whipping cream. Blend it until the fat separates from the butter. (That’s the buttermilk if you need it). The remainder gets strained and rinsed and butter is all that is left. We usually do add a little local honey to it. Great on rolls and cornbread.
