My Ryobi 40v leaf blower switch went bad. The stock variable switch is 20A and 36V. I only ever used it wide open as hard as it will blow so see no need to spend $46 for a new variable switch. Lowes sells a single pole toggle switch 20A and up to 125V (ON/OFF) fastest speed all the time. Took about an hour to remove the old and install the new. Now my blower works great for $8. Last photo is the stock switch removed.

If interested I can tell you the exact steps I took just PM me.
