How do you fry your cornbread?

WTH?!?! That ain’t even real mayo! Either Duke’s or Blue Plate mayo is the only REAL mayo.

I had never heard of Blue Plate Mayo until I moved back to GA in 2014. Now it’s all I ever buy.

I bake my pone of cornbread in oven in cast iron pan. I do put a table spoon of mayo in my mix for baking in oven. If I want sweet cornbread a little sugar in the mix.

I love fried cornbread and a glass of milk sometimes I’ll pour a little honey on it!

If I could figure out how to package cornbread and honey for a retail package I would make a mint! Hot buttered corbread with a heavy drizzle of honey is Heaven on Earth!

My Uncle Fred (RIP) was a bachelor, had cornpone and buttermilk for supper near every day of his adult life........
