According to Mom, I just showed up at their garage one cold rainy morning looking lost and hungry.... They made the mistake of feeding me, and after that I just wouldn't leave. After a while, they got used to me but never could find out where I came from.
41 miles.
about 35 miles now, been everywhere else, seen that done that. Time now to just sit in the rocking chair and watch the world go by.
Constantly changing….I was born in the back seat of a Greyhound bus, rolling down hiway 41….
Now I live about 18 miles from Lynchburg VA. but it seems longer than that because you have to go up and down the mountain and there are many, many 15mph curves that slow things down a lot. That's closer than I was when we all lived here as a family. That's the closest. I have lived as far as 1,295 miles from my place of birth. There are 3 other distances I have lived as well. We moved around a few times.
You were born at home. Did your community have a midwife or witchdoctor. LOL Just kidding around.
