Before my first m1a the only .308 i owned is an Israeli Mauser.
After i got my hands on a good m1a I don't want any other .308's. No kidding, those things are amazing......

PPS43. They do make 9mm version but this one is in 7.62x25 Tokarev as designed.

I hear you I got a nice Polytech M14S with a forged receiver that was a nail driver.

I had 2 other .308s an L1A1 FAL Clone w Imbel receiver and a PTR 91. Also have a 7.62 Israeli Mauser.

I snagged a Springfield M1A Loaded off Gunbroker for $1,044 and could not let it go.

I traded the PTR 91 for a Bavarian Rural Police Underwood carbine!

Life is good!

What ammo do you all reccomend for the M1A/M14 platform? Privi? Surplus? Anything to avoid?
