Kinda like the same way they tried with bump stocks now the high courts need to rule on this the same way and see that it’s unconstitutional !! Unfortunately someone has to be the bait.

No. They're not SBRs until the rule is published in the federal register. That'll probably be Tuesday. That's when the 120 day period begins. Until it's published in the federal register it means nothing. Regardless of when it was signed.

You've been pushing the Friday signing date really hard. You need to relax.

And why the hell do you care of people are trying to unload braces or braced firearms while it's still perfectly legal to do so.
