Never said it was over. In fact I think this 'rule' is a blessing since it shows how out of control the ATF has gotten.

I think in conjunction with the 5th's ruling on bump stocks and the conflict between circuits that's caused, we could end up with a really good SCOTUS decision out of all this in the end.

But that doesn't change the fact that for now, he rule is going to be the law of the land.

ATF was given the power to regulate firearms by Congress. The issue here is that they are overstepping their bounds.

I've seen two sites (Liberty Doll and TGC) say that it's been included there. Maybe they are wrong and it won't go until Tuesday, but I'm not sure that makes a difference to my point here.

Your point was to b*#*h-slap anyone who was trying to sell a braced firearm on ODT as committing a felony when the rule hasn't even taken effect.
