Had an incident today that makes me wonder.

The first rule is there are no rules....you guys don't seriously think the other guy is worried about rules do you?

Impossible to actually know what another is capable of, what training he may or may not have, his mind set, willingness to win at ALL COSTS, weapons he may possess , or anything really.
