152,xxx on my 01' Chevy 1500 HD. Had it since it was brand new. All I have ever changed is the oil,tires and the battery once....Yes it still has the original brake pads and they still have over 1/2" of pad on them 150+K later.
88' Chevy s-10 with the 4.3 also bought new, only thing changed in it all these years is the basic maintance never a major issue it's our go to truck when all else fails. 134,xxx
