I know how batteries don’t like cold weather, so I’m wondering how these electric vehicles are fairing in the frigid cold weather up north.

Lots of reports of them abandoned at charging stations due to the cold weather.

They don't charge all that well in the cold. You need to heat up the batteries 1st to get a good charge. EV's aren't for cold weather.

The theft rate of EV's (Tesla) in general has dropped to 0 percent in Chicago and the surrounding areas. Which coincides with the amount of miles traveled this week and the charge levels they all currently have.
