Had the same setup in my 77 Monte Carlo. You were the **** when you had the speaker boxes in the rear window.Plus my new Pioneer Supertuner, AD-50 under dash 5 band graphic equalizer, and Pioneer Coaxial speakers in the back window with separate tweeters on the dash! Bought it all from Service Merchandise in Columbus in 1979! Wore out some 8 track tapes in that setup! Those were the days!
I've never carried the burden of ever having owned a car where I had to think... "Man, if I still owned that today think how much it would be worth."Mine was in a ‘69 Camaro Emron green with white interior.
Had those in my '79 F100 with the 302, three speed on the column, 2WD, with Daytona Super Stags mud tires all the way around on white wagon wheels........Poors. Jensen Triax for the win!
Don’t remind me. Same holds true for my ‘69 NovaI've never carried the burden of ever having owned a car where I had to think... "Man, if I still owned that today think how much it would be worth."
Had mine stolen in Athens , hoped the splices never held up for the thief
My first was a '69 Buick Skylark. Financed for 12 monthly payments of $66.40! Worked all summer and made a payment a week to get me through the months before and after Christmas vacation. Then I worked during that school break and made a couple more payments........I wish! Too poor at the time. Glad to buy a $200 car to get around. Took a lot of totin hay bales to earn it!
